Furthermore, he conducted his anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT (2000 – 2004). Dr. Lewis completed his fellowship training in selective oncologic pathology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, NY (2004 – 2005). In addition, he received board certification in clinical and anatomic pathology from the American Board of Pathology. He remains a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists (FCAP).
