He then completed his anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, (2000-2004). To advance his training, Dr. Lewis performed a selective oncologic pathology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, NY (2004 – 2005).
